The accommodation is located in a very convenient area, from which you can reach all points of interest on foot, such as the Ducal Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, full of venues and equipped with all the essential services. It is also just a 15-minute drive from Ostuni and 20 from its wonderful marina. Ceglie station is just 5 minutes away on foot.
The 50 m² accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building with an independent entrance from the street (there is a low step at the entrance) and is divided as follows:
- KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven
- LIVING AREA with dining table, armchair and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- BEDROOM II with two single bunk beds and open wardrobe in the niche
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.
ATTENTION: the two bedrooms are communicating and NOT separated by a door, but only by a curtain.
Additional services available to guests: Pocket WIFI maximum 500 giga/month, heating via heat pump, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
