The house has a cozy living room and dining room, a large kitchen and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in the lower area and another bedroom, a small library and another bathroom in the upper area. The bedrooms have been newly equipped with powerful ceiling fans. The finca is also fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and a cozy pellet stove has also been installed in the living room, which creates a homely atmosphere and makes the finca attractive even in the winter months.
The pool (pool towels are included) is located directly at the house and is surrounded by a generous lawn, a brick outdoor grill and the furnished terrace.
