Charming mezzanine apartment in the historic center, via Camillo Benso conte di Cavour, 3, Parabita (LE). The city is just 12 minutes from the beaches of Gallipoli and its nightlife, the village is quiet with all the services of a town in Salento. Street parking, free and not bookable. The apartment was born from a careful renovation of a Parmientu, an ancient room used for grinding and pressing grapes from which the must was then obtained. Air conditioning, wifi, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge with freezer are the basic features, but the gem is the outdoor swimming pool in the small garden where a large lemon tree provides shade and atmosphere. The mezzanine houses a comfortable double bed and the entrance with the kitchenette is set up with a dining table and a comfortable sofa. Dogs are welcome. Not suitable for children.
