The outdoor communal spaces are represented by various gardens, a terrace with 2 pergolas and a BBQ. The outdoor spaces are equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs, tables and chairs available to guests.

An additional covered parking space suitable for large cars (4 meters wide) is also available on request.
Strategic position, in a quiet area, but adjacent to the village center. Through a small and short pedestrian street, you can quickly reach on foot (in brackets distance from home):

- small square with many Italian restaurants, bars, wine bars, wine bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, pharmacies, newsagents, ATMs, and other shops (150 meters)

- Boats rentals (400 meters)
- Departure station of the cable car to Pigra, starting point for mountain excursions: (600 meters)
By boat it is possible to reach all the main towns of Lake Como, such as Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo, Menaggio, Isola Comacina, Cernobbio, Como, etc. It is therefore possible to arrive and explore the area even without a car.
Argegno is 60 kilometers from Milan and 40 from Lugano.
